Forklift Driver: Uitenhage - DHL

Job Purpose 

• Honesty - pride in his job and an eye for detail.
• Ensure that housekeeping is maintained in your work area.
• A clear understanding of the client's requirements.
• Record and report all damaged cases/components as per procedure: Reporting/Recording of Incidents.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene in the vehicle.
• Ability to ensure that the pick face and intermediate areas are replenished timely and according to batch control and SOPs.
• To control and ensure the precise timely flow of output from the area and ensure cycle time adherence at all times.
• To work within operating areas as determined by management and the needs of the business.
• Completion of vehicle checklist and safe driving codes.
• To perform any other duties as and when they arise.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role or environment
• Good communication skills
• Matric (English & Maths)
• Forklift License
