In our mission to be the best, we’re expanding! We have a brand-new role in our technology team – we’re looking for an IT Procurement Coordinator to focus on supporting the overall supply chain to ensure cost efficiencies. If you have a track record of being super-efficient and have an eye for detail, we’d love to chat!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Procurement- To find and agree on terms for acquiring goods and services from external sources through a competitive bidding process
- Contract Management- To discover profitable suppliers for the division and to create partnerships.
- To further secure Service Level Agreements between internal/external stakeholders and ensure expected service levels are met
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favourable terms and continuously update the division's vendor list.
- Capture and track assets on the asset management system

QUALIFICATIONS
What we’re looking for?
- Matric
- Procurement/Business qualification is preferred
- 3+ years experience in an IT procurement role
