To steam and clean production equipment for production use.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and cleaning of machinery and tooling
- Ensure that all relevant documentation is completed as per the standard operating procedures
- To maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safety in the steam cleaning department
- Maintain a high standard of General Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the department as per SOP
- Maintain high standards of safety in the steam cleaning department
- Ensure that all safety devices on the machines are working effectively.
Key Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Knowledge of GMCP, HACCP and health and safety
- Previous cleaning experience would be beneficial
- 1 year of experience in an FMCG or pharmaceutical environment will be advantageous
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail skills.
