Purpose
To deliver sales activities in order to process parts transactions accurately and timeously as per agreed standard operating procedures in order to maximise profit, to issue and ensure availability of part to the service department.

Specific Role Responsibilities
GENERIC JOB OUTPUTS
PROCESS AND GOVERNANCE
- Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreement.
- Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
- Identify and apply known solutions to operational challenges and escalate unresolved issues.
- Record and report on transactional activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision making in area of accountability.
- Adhere to current legal compliance, e.g. FICA regulation, POPI Act and Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and others.
- Drive own performance and provide specialist sales support and advice in accordance with required response time, quality, service delivery standards and targets.
- Ensure business retention through the application of various sales techniques such as product comparisons and changing perceptions.

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Experience
- 0-1 year experience in a similar environment
Minimum Qualification
- Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates with NQF Level 04
Skills and Personal Attributes
Minimum Requirements
- Computer Literacy Proficient
- Diverse knowledge of automotive technical parts.
- Industry legislative compliance/ knowledge.
- Good Communication Skills
