Job Purpose
The role will report into the Executive: Nedbank Channel Transformation and will work on a large channel transformation programme.We are looking for innovative, committed, resilient and driven individuals to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate must be driven by a need to make a real difference in everything they do.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for writing strategies for channel businesses
- Research across multiple topics to inform business of the latest trends and possible direction to take across various areas of business
- Develop future operating models to accommodate changing client needs and business efficiency targets
- Develop business cases to determine viability of strategic proposals
- Delivery of strategic project to market when required as the owner of the initiative

- Strong strategic capabilities

- Strong in research and proposal writing
- Financial modelling
- Stakeholder management

Minimum Experience Level
- 5-10 years’ experience working in a Complex Problem-Solving environment of which 3 -5 years working in an Analytical and Strategic environment
- Experience in developing people transformation strategies would be advantageous
- Basic project management understanding is advantageous
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint. Other skills such as Power BI would be advantageous
Qualifications
- Honours in Business / Finance / Engineering / IT or Sciences a must
- Relevant Masters / Professional Qualification would be advantageous
