Mid Designer - Mr Price Group

With attention to detail and in consultation with the respective Senior Designer create design directions and material which achieves brand & marketing objectives.

• Making quick directional design mock-ups; translating the brief and strategic requirements into compelling creative solutions at mid-level.
• Working with the Copywriter in generating ideas; design for print, digital applications and other digital products at mid-level.
• Completing full campaigns in preparation for presentations at mid-level; getting involved in all levels of work from print to digital to television at mid-level.
• Liaising with the reproduction department on quality control.
• Maintaining high brand standards and creating original and fresh solutions to briefs.
• Creating design and layout using typography, colour, photography and illustrations; ensuring that correct print specifications and artwork are submitted to suppliers.
• Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief.
• Conceptualization/idea generation for new jobs with creative resolve.
• Creating motion graphics/ 3D designs.

• Degree/Diploma: Design related.

• 3-4 Years’ experience in an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio of own creative work.

• Web/online/interactive design & design programs.
• Experience with Premier Pro/ Cinema 4D/ After effects
• Creative Developmental Process.
• Designer mentoring.
• Interactive campaigns.
• Insight into current trends & brand awareness.
• Communication skills.
• Adobe Suite (Creative Suite, In Design, Illustrator & Photoshop).
