Cleaner - SA Metal Group

Gauteng Central Services is looking for a hard-working individual to implement a high standard of cleanliness for our office and premises.

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping surfaces in their work area including, bathrooms and kitchens
• Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels)
• Washing dishes as well as kitchen napkins, floor rags and dusters
• Maintaining cleaning products and ordering new supplies when necessary
• Taking out the garbage and disposing it to the designated areas
• Cleaning Refrigerators, Microwaves, Kettles, watercoolers and all kitchen equipment
• Assist with Ad Hoc duties as and when required

Qualifying experience:

• Matric or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of acceptable cleaning practices
• Knowledge of standard cleaning chemicals
• Basic knowledge of general hygiene practices
