Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our SHEQ department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Business Systems Co-ordinator, which is based at CCBSA Premier.

Key purpose:

Coordinate and manage the business management system inclusive of all internal as well as external audits and corrective action.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and coordinate the update of all documents and records
  • Coordinate document reviews
  • Administrate document data systems
  • Train all relevant parties on document and data control
  • Implement a management system
  • Ensure an internal audit programme is in place
  • Ensure corrective action programme is implemented and maintained
  • Perform administration activities and procedures
  • Ensure compliance to company policies, procedures and legislation

  • Broad understanding of the integration of processes within the supply chain and the total business

Skills, Experience & Education

  • National diploma, BSc or Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Safety, Occupational Health and/or Food Technology
  • 2 years’ experience in a business systems environment

General
