Applications are invited for the above-mentioned position to be based at Paarl Cluster: Nederburg. The successful applicant will report to the Cellar Controller.
Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
- Transfer of wines
- Receiving and dispatch of the product
- Active participation in E2 activities/duties
- Drawing of samples
- Wine adjustments
- Blending activities
- Stocktaking
- Housekeeping
- Other ad-hoc duties

The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:
- Minimum Grade 12
- Relevant working experience within a cellar environment
- A forklift license will be an advantage
- Be able to work on heights and confined spaces
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to work shifts
- Must have reliable transport to and from work
- Be able to work overtime and weekends
