Customer Service Representative - International Flavors & Fragrances

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (preferably with Manufacturing experience) to join our talented team, coordinating with both internal and external customers.

The role of the team is to create and maintain sustainable client-centred relationships with our customers. This is a very interesting and diverse role in one of our growing locations. This is an exciting role requiring a hands-on, proactive self-starter that learns quickly and gets things done.

Job Requirements

How you will spend your time:

• Build strong relationships with Account Managers and customers
• Follow up on escalation of critical sales orders, customer complaints, QC issues
• Liaise closely with other departments to resolve issues and potential bottlenecks
• Monitor order fulfilment process
• Troubleshooting and reporting as needed

Required Experience

• 3 - 5 Years of Customer Service experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational company
• Minimum of Matric
• MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) are required along ERP database experience
