Position Purpose:
Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications and may manage a portfolio of products. Responsible for adapting a brand strategy for a company's target market.
Position outputs:
- Develop brand guidelines, and any other material necessary to undertake the execution of the role aligned to Group Brand
- Guidelines and ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities
- Manage the groups social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Keeping social media channels/presence updated and brand focused as well as seeking out new social media avenues/platforms and ways of connecting with audiences to encourage audience participation
- Google positioning (SEO management) optimize content following search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC)
- Training internal teams to increase social media engagement
- Updating of Blog/News area on the company website in WordPress
- Assist with preparing presentations for Client meetings and Requests for Proposals

- Manage follow-ups with all proposals sent
- Communicate with agencies and printers, designers, and other business partners (supplier management)
- Manage the CRM database currently HubSpot
- Review survey opportunities, and design, edit, and send surveys in SurveyMonkey
- Tagging posts
- Create dynamic written, graphic, and video content using a variety of editing platforms on Windows and Mac
- Conduct site audits and compile benchmark reports
- Work as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
- Analyse and report audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
- Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Write and distribute e-newsletters to subscribers using Mail Chimp
- Manages social media communication
- Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing,
- managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
- Engage with inhouse and outsourced staff to ensure they are engaging with the media
- Designing and editing of business cards and digital and physical promotional material, including brochures and flyers, using platforms including Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
- Work with marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
- Help the business increase brand adoption and unification among offices
- Managing internal communications
- Compile presentations using latest skills such as infographics and video opportunities.
- Organise conference/exhibition opportunities and represent the company at trade shows from time to time
- Act as a point of contact for marketing-related queries and business development leads via email and phone
- Update the company’s website using WordPress CMS
- Design and write scripts for the company’s live webinars and manage them using the Webinar Jam platform
- Design assets for and edit a variety of videos for our different divisions, and upload them to our YouTube channel
- Create content for and manage our online relocation portal
Qualifications & Experience:
- Senior certificate, BSc/BCom in marketing, business, or relevant field is a strong advantage (College Level marketing, digital marketing, public relations)
- 3 years experience in various forms of Marketing and Communications,
- Motivated to work within a small business enterprise
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
