Job Description

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and generation in the division, and managing the marketing and sales teams to ensure that they reach the company’s revenue goals for the B2B division. Will also be responsible to determine and drive the sales and marketing strategy as well as planning and manage the implementation of strategy, with continuous optimization of the strategies, spending, and mid-course corrections in order to hit the annual revenue target and customer retention ratios for division.

Direct reports: 

  • 4 x Sales Executives
  • 1 x Client & Support Liaison 
  • 1 x Marketing Lead

Minimum Education: 

  • Business Management, Marketing Management or a similar degree

Minimum experience:

  • 5 years in sales and marketing management and revenue generation

Required nature of experience:

  • Compilation and execution of sales and marketing strategies
  • Compilation and management of sales and marketing budgets 
  • Experience with US market and US clients
  • Working within the medtech environment
  • Working within a digital environment 
  • B2B and Enterprise Sales
  • CRM Systems and reporting
  • Driving business development
  • Revenue generation
  • Management of a sales & marketing team

  • Strategic development, decision-making and forward planning
