Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) has an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development graduate.

The purpose of this program is to expose unemployed graduates with the necessary qualifications to workplace practices for a period of twelve (12) months. In addition, it will develop competencies in the Learning & Development environment, in order to increase their employment prospects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Key Outputs and Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the team in all training activities
  • Support Learning & Development events and projects
  • Support the Learning & Development team in the design and delivery of training and development solutions through the execution of operational activities
  • Provide support in the preparation of communications and presentations for training courses/content
  • Assist in managing and monitoring course release calendars and communication of training content
  • Assist in tracking training completion across all training programs managed by the Learning & Development team
  • Support in the management of training plans

Skills and Abilities:

  • Good analytical and numerical ability
  • Able to build relationships
  • A team player with the ability to work independently
  • Good problem-solving ability, solutions oriented and can be innovative
  • Self-discipline and well organised
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a demanding work environment
  • Be open to mentoring by experienced professionals

Skills, Experience & Education

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems
  • Instructional Design
  • UX Designer (User Experience Design)
  • Illustration and Animation Design

Experience:

  • Preference will be given to South African Citizens
  • 0 – 1 year work experience and should be a recent graduate
