Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) has an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development graduate.
The purpose of this program is to expose unemployed graduates with the necessary qualifications to workplace practices for a period of twelve (12) months. In addition, it will develop competencies in the Learning & Development environment, in order to increase their employment prospects.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Key Outputs and Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the team in all training activities
- Support Learning & Development events and projects
- Support the Learning & Development team in the design and delivery of training and development solutions through the execution of operational activities
- Provide support in the preparation of communications and presentations for training courses/content
- Assist in managing and monitoring course release calendars and communication of training content
- Assist in tracking training completion across all training programs managed by the Learning & Development team
- Support in the management of training plans

- Good analytical and numerical ability
- Able to build relationships
- A team player with the ability to work independently
- Good problem-solving ability, solutions oriented and can be innovative
- Self-discipline and well organised
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a demanding work environment
- Be open to mentoring by experienced professionals
Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- Instructional Design
- UX Designer (User Experience Design)
- Illustration and Animation Design
Experience:
- Preference will be given to South African Citizens
- 0 – 1 year work experience and should be a recent graduate
