Reporting to the HP Brand Executive, the successful candidate will be based in Midrand and will be responsible for the following:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide operational support to the Commercial and Consumer product team
- Provide IP to product managers for stock orders
- Processing of orders
- Managing SLAs on ETAs and orders placed
- HP Care pack Registrations and follow up
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and convert them to orders
- Liaise with Stores/Dispatch regarding deliveries of all orders
- Maintaining of filing system
- Assist customers with queries
- Assist with any other queries relating to the back-office procedures
- Assist sales staff with queries
- Assist the Consumer and Commercial Product team with day-to-day administration tasks
- Compiling various reports to submit to Vendors and internal
- HP financial claims Support
- HP product LOA submission
- Maintain vendor operations relationships
- Managing systems
- Support Product Managers with Sage updating and maintenance
- HP Smart EDi Portal
- HP Product Portal

REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric with mathematics is essential
- A tertiary degree/diploma is advantageous
- Minimum 1-2 years’ IT-related experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the ICT market will be advantageous
- Own transport and a valid driver’s license are essential
- Attend training sessions – during working hours and after
- Above average computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
