Clerk Store Controller III: Wadeville - PepsiCo

Responsibilities

• To review material requirement planning system to determine raw material needs in SAP
• Liaises with operating and support groups(Central Procurement, Contracts, Finance, QA, manufacturing)
• Continuous supply of raw materials to the factory to eliminate downtime
• Perform daily SAP system review to identify potential and actual material shortages
• Ensure that the operations have the necessary materials to meet the production plan
• Analyse inventory weekly to identify slow-moving materials, inventory age (near expiry) and mitigate/escalate write-off risk
• Lead the packaging Inbound team
• Lead daily cycle and monthly stock counts
• Manage the returns of raw materials from the factory as per standard
• Maintaining FIFO
• Perform GMP’s daily
• Adhere to safety standards

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics
• Senior Certificate / Equivalent
• SAP
• Food environment experience advantageous
• Numerical ability
• Computer skills
