Roles available
Driver / Driver assistant
- Loading and off-loading equipment
- Ability to use GPS / Waze / Google Maps to Navigate
- Fluent knowledge of Smart Phone
- Reporting all delivery-related problems to senior staff.
- Effectively communicating with clients and customers to resolve complaints.
- Obtaining clients’ and customers’ signatures as an acknowledgement of having received the delivered products. I.E Compiling accurate delivery records (delivery and collection notes)
- Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.

IT technician
- Installing, configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Knowledgeable on repairing or replacing damaged hardware components
- Upgrade operating systems / Installing Software and ensuing compatibility
- Perform testing on all equipment
- Setting up LAN / Wifi networks
- Set up DSL Modems / Routers / 3G Routers
- Additional tasks that are required by the company
General worker
- Counting and confirming equipment leaving the warehouse
- Inspecting equipment for damages or faults
- Marking and labeling stock
- Storing equipment in an accessible manner
- Loading and wrapping of pallets and equipment
- Ensuring all equipment is suitably packed and in accordance with customer requirements
- Cleaning and testing all equipment before moving to the dispatch area
- Planning and organizing stock
- Assisting with stock control
- Moving and stacking equipment ready for delivery
Requirements
- Be physically fit and able to lift and move computer hardware and work standing up for extended periods
- Code 10 with Pdp (advantageous)
- Own reliable transport (advantageous)
- Able to work flexible and long hours
- Willing to travel to regional sites and stay overnight
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Extensive traveling on a day-to-day basis
