Call Centre Agent at LMP Recruit

Are you able to work shift work , night shift 15h00 - 0h00 , weekends if required with at least two years Inbound / Outbound call centre working experience .

Our client based in Rosebank seeks Preferably Immediate candidates however will await notice . This is a permanent Role to join their team . Must fit into the corporate environment , be fluent and spoken in the english language with excellent english written skills. Customer service orientated and been polite at all times .

Call Centre duties:

• Telephonic first line support to external clients
• Logging of calls on the call centre logging system
• Follow up on issues logged until resolved
• Reporting and statistics
• Call follow-ups must be done on a regular basis

Minimum Requirements

• Must have a matric
• Minimum 2 Years working current experience in the call centre environment
• Computer literate on microsoft

• Be fluent in spoken and written English
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be ITC and Criminal Clear
• Must Have reliable transport , able to work night shift times which are 15h00 to 0h00.
• Have an ability to work with people at all levels (Clients and management)
• Have excellent telephone etiquette
• Have excellent client liaison
