In this role, you will develop and implement digital strategies for all PEP brands. You will be responsible for planning and implementing the digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, including but not limited to Social Media, Google Search, Google Display & Video ads. You will develop tactics to maximize high-quality/converting traffic to all PEP-owned web properties.
You will manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns, whilst ensuring the best user experience across all digital touchpoints. This is a hands-on position that requires you to plan, implement and oversee all digital marketing campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, Execute, Optimize & Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns on but not limited to:
- Google Campaign Manager: Search Ads, Display & Video 360
- Social Media: Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
- Measure, Analyse & Optimize traffic, via Google Analytics & Google Marketing Platform
- Report on and present digital campaign performance to stakeholders
- Monitor & manage campaign status, performance and budget
- Evaluate social media & digital content performance
- Develop strategic social media and digital media strategies
- Seek new processes & opportunities for streamlined & efficient digital content production
- Utilize web analytics tools to understand user behavior and identify opportunities or concerns
- Track & Analyze digital campaign performance, and use insights for campaign optimization
- Ensure best SEO practice is executed across all PEP owned web properties
- Stay abreast of the digital industry trends, continuously test new concepts & CTA’s to maximize results
- GTM tracking setup, campaign & channel performance analysys & attribution reporting
- Collaborate with all departments to curate digital assets for product launches and campaigns
- Ensure all business units digital marketing objectives are met
- Measure, analyze & optimize customer experience journeys across multiple digital channels
- Execute A/B tests & analyze results make recommendations to enhance UX

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant Diploma in Marketing, Data & Analytics or related qualification
- 2 - 3 years of digital marketing experience
- Experience running campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Google Campaign Manager.
- Experience with Web Analytics & reporting
- Demonstrated experience with analyzing data for editorial, content & campaign recommendations
- Web Analytics such as Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics & Google Optimise
- Highly organized with an ability to work on multiple projects to completion & on time
- A strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing and online advertising
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong analytic and planning skills
- In-depth knowledge of growing social following and engagement
- Fast-paced implementer & self-starter
- Creative with an ability to create unique customer experiences across digital channels
- Competencies: Excellent interpersonal, and people skills; Conflict management & networking skills, Good judgment; problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Influence across various levels and functions within the business; is resourceful and flexible, Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within, as well as outside the company; exceptional planning, organizing & time management skills; Ability to handle pressure and excellent at multitasking; is a passionate, well-organized team player.
