Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive maintenance of the Treasury Cluster Asset Register.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Provide assistance to Senior Clerk in maintaining the asset register.
- Prepare documentation for the furniture or equipment purchased by Departments to ensure items are recorded on asset register.
- Conduct asset checks for financial year-end.
- Undertake the marking of new computers and barcoding of equipment purchased.
- Maintain control of all computer education.

Essential Requirements
- An appropriate level of primary education.
- 1 Month of relevant experience.
- Computer Literacy
Preferred Requirements
- An appropriate level of secondary education.
- 3 Months of relevant experience.
