Job Purpose
To ensure tax compliance reporting for a portfolio of Nedgroup Trust clients
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and submit the relevant returns to SARS
- Review assessments received from SARS and advise on potential objections
- Process provisional tax returns within the SARS timeframes
- Apply for tax clearances and tax directives
- Manage queries as received from clients, SARS and other intermediaries
- Prepare tax calculations and provide advice to clients
- Prepare tax opinions
- Ensure continued professional development within tax legislation

People Specification
Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
Preferred Qualification
- Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
Essential Certifications
Preferred Certifications
- Fiduciary Institute of South Africa.
- Minimum Experience Level
- 3-5years in legal / banking environment
Technical / Professional Knowledge
- Microsoft Office
