Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is the largest African Coca-Cola bottler, accounting for 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes on the continent. CCBA is a market leader in the NARTD (non-alcoholic ready-to-drink market) in Africa. CCBA has an extensive footprint in Africa, employing approximately 14 000 employees, of which approximately 7500 are located in South Africa. CCBSA sells 616m UC with Net Revenue of R30bn. CCBSA employs +-7500 employees.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Key Outputs and Accountabilities
- Update and maintain master data for National Account accruals to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure that rebate invoices are received in the system timeously, according to company procedure, to ensure payment turnaround time.
- Track and monitor the spend versus accrual budget to ensure appropriate reconciliation of rebates.
- Manage and track customer compliance to Pay for Performance (P4P) to ensure required adherence for payment.
- Track additional (over and above) approved trading term accruals to ensure spend within budget.

Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-3 work experiences working in a finance environment.
- A diploma or degree in Finance will be advantageous.
- Excel and/or spreadsheet proficiency.
- SAP finance knowledge and experience will be advantageous.
