Key Duties & Responsibilities

Key Outputs and Accountabilities

• Update and maintain master data for National Account accruals to ensure data integrity.
• Ensure that rebate invoices are received in the system timeously, according to company procedure, to ensure payment turnaround time.
• Track and monitor the spend versus accrual budget to ensure appropriate reconciliation of rebates.
• Manage and track customer compliance to Pay for Performance (P4P) to ensure required adherence for payment.
• Track additional (over and above) approved trading term accruals to ensure spend within budget.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-3 work experiences working in a finance environment.
• A diploma or degree in Finance will be advantageous.
• Excel and/or spreadsheet proficiency.
• SAP finance knowledge and experience will be advantageous.
