You are a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist who is experienced at successfully attracting, selecting, and matching high-quality talent to open vacancies within a specified portfolio for the Mr Price Group.
This is enabled through strong partnerships with your key stakeholders ( Hiring managers and HRBPs), proactive talent pooling and through the delivery of a high-touch candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- The end-to-end recruitment of all roles within a specific portfolio for the Mr Price Group
- Research, identify, recommend, and implement methods to attract suitable candidates to the roles in your portfolio
- Proactive talent pooling in the critical and hard-to-fill areas to support you in filling current and future roles efficiently
- Deliver a fair and equitable recruitment process
- Track all steps of the process on the applicant tracking system
- Deliver an exceptional high-touch candidate experience.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the Divisions you service
- Offer Talent Acquisition specialist advice and guidance to your stakeholders
- Regularly evaluate our recruitment processes and attraction methods using data to ensure our methods remain brand aligned and successful

Requirements
- Grade 12 with a relevant Degree and Diploma
- 2-3 Years of end-to-end Recruitment experience preferably within an in-house recruitment team
- Competent and experienced with the use of an ATS, Job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies
- An understanding of Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding and Social Media Marketing techniques
- Proven ability in Heading hunting/sourcing passive candidates
- The following attributes, and personality traits would ensure your success: Adaptable, resilient, a problem solver, a self-starter, a can-do attitude, effective at building relationships, an inquiring mind, excellent communication skills, high energy, and a team player
