Talent Acquisition Specialist - Mr Price Group

You are a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist who is experienced at successfully attracting, selecting, and matching high-quality talent to open vacancies within a specified portfolio for the Mr Price Group. 

This is enabled through strong partnerships with your key stakeholders ( Hiring managers and HRBPs), proactive talent pooling and through the delivery of a high-touch candidate experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• The end-to-end recruitment of all roles within a specific portfolio for the Mr Price Group
• Research, identify, recommend, and implement methods to attract suitable candidates to the roles in your portfolio
• Proactive talent pooling in the critical and hard-to-fill areas to support you in filling current and future roles efficiently
• Deliver a fair and equitable recruitment process
• Track all steps of the process on the applicant tracking system
• Deliver an exceptional high-touch candidate experience.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the Divisions you service
• Offer Talent Acquisition specialist advice and guidance to your stakeholders
• Regularly evaluate our recruitment processes and attraction methods using data to ensure our methods remain brand aligned and successful  

Requirements

• Grade 12 with a relevant Degree and Diploma
• 2-3 Years of end-to-end Recruitment experience preferably within an in-house recruitment team
• Competent and experienced with the use of an ATS, Job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies
• An understanding of Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding and Social Media Marketing techniques
• Proven ability in Heading hunting/sourcing passive candidates
