Accountant - Fidelity Services Group

Overall Purpose of the job:

Daily capturing of financial transaction and maintenance of financial controls. The position will report to the General Manager - Finance based in CSA Head Office Helderkruin.

Main duties & Responsibilities:

• Bank reconciliations for various bank accounts
• Prepare monthly VAT reconciliations
• Prepare monthly PAYE returns
• Capturing and processing of the finance leases within the Group
• Preparation of Group finance lease reconciliations

• Upload and preparations of various general ledger reconciliations onto the Greenline system.
• Preparation and recalculation of VAT transactions.
• Preparation of annual financial statements.
• Assist of co-ordination of interim and final audit.
• Other ADHOC tasks as and when needed

Minimum qualifications and experience:

• BCom Degree in Accounting or related field essential
• 3-5 years general Accounting experience.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP
• IFRS knowledge
• Must be able to travel when required
• Excellent admin and interpersonal skills.
