Key Accountabilities:

  • Attend to all daily queries on Infraspeak regarding system – “superuser”
  • Assist with new systems integration (Infraspeak to Evo/ Alligator to Infraspeak)
  • Attend to all contract/SLA increase requests (CPI, PPI, Diesel ext.)
  • Drafting of new SLA documents for successful suppliers
  • Support in the management of team reporting (for example open RFQs)
  • Take phone calls in emergencies for immediate action on the system
  • Check emails to make sure that issues are dealt with in time – 2 days turnaround time
  • Assist all teams in scope writing

  • Assist with the supplier onboarding process
  • Assist with internal maintenance monthly billing (schedules)
  • Monthly reporting on Preventative Maintenance
  • Monthly reporting on maintenance logs

Skills and Competencies:

  • Have a hands-on approach
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
  • Manage administrative procedures
  • Communicating effectively and professionally in written and oral form
  • Conducting organizational and administrative duties
  • Conducting more than one task at a time
  • Understanding of computer applications must be excellent
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Being adaptable and self-driven
  • Project management and prioritising
  • Preparing work schedules
  • Recording and reporting

  • Analytical

Qualification requirements:

  • Matric (non-negotiable)
  • Procurement/supply chain-related diploma or qualification
  • Procurement/supply chain experience minimum of 4 years
  • Indices experience, Contract increase requests experience will be advantageous

Computer Applications

  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Microsoft Projects
  • Excel must be at advanced level
