Key Outputs:
- General administrative tasks including filing and sorting of documents
- Answer and respond to emails and phone calls and forward the communication to the appropriate parties
- Compile, maintain and update records accordingly
- Collect outstanding documents as required
- Prepare documentation of all accounts
- Liaise with internal and external customers
- Assist with preparing documentation of all accounts as requested by the various institutions
- Assist with follow-ups on submission of claims to the various institutions

- Prepare monthly reports as requested
- Perform ad hoc duties as and when required
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and uphold the image of the company in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Matric
- Previous experience in an Administrator position
- Computer literacy is essential
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
- The ability to manage your own outputs, as well as the ability to function well in a pressurised environment
