BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Provides commercial and financial decision support to local business unit teams whilst building and maintaining good relationships
- Trusted point of contact for business leaders, transforming financial and non-financial information into insight which influences decision making to improve the financial performance of the organization
- Develops accurate financials for the F1, F2 and 3YFF that reflect the business strategy
- Provide support to business on budget preparation and submission, critically reviewing the information provided to ensure their integrity and completing budget packs for submission to the global office
- Proactive identification of financial and commercial risks and opportunities, developing corrective actions where required
- Provides review, challenge and decision support to investment and operating decisions (e.g. business cases...)
- Supports the delivery of local projects
- Completing the gross margin submissions for budget and validating the COGS submitted for accuracy and completeness
- Monitoring and reporting on the affiliates / business units financial achievements versus budgets and forecasts to ensure successful achievement of objectives
- In charge of the monthly and budget margin and inventory reporting
- Managing the Transfer pricing process for the business and ensuring that TPs are requested and communicated to the relevant parties timeously
- Providing commentary on movements in destructions and provisions vs targets

MINIMUM SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- B-Com Finance / accounting (CIMA or CA preferred)
- 3-5 Years Financial / accounting / auditing experience
- Excel advanced
- SAP / COGNOS/ TM1 / HFM (preferred)
