To also lead all functional areas within the plant so that customer/stakeholder expectations are met and world-class imperatives/benchmarks are achieved.

• Formulate and execute operating expenses and capital investment budgets.
• Implement the Route to Market Strategy
• Execute channel and promotional execution strategies.
• Build superior knowledge and understanding of the South African market including shoppers, consumers, customers categories and competitors.
• Build strong relationships with local communities and implement community upliftment programmes.

Skills, Experience & Education

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: BCom or BA degree in Business, Sales or Marketing

Experience

• Minimum requirement: Minimum 5 years Sales experience in an FMCG environment and Minimum of 5 years Managerial experience
• Computer literate
• An experienced driver with a code 08 drivers licence
