Forklift Driver - Mustek Limited

To provide a professional, efficient and effective driving and delivery service to support the general functioning of the organisation.

Specification

• Move Merchandise from one place to another using a forklift.
• Load, unload, move and pack materials.
• Inspect products to be moved for accuracy and safely move them to the warehouse / as requested.
• Ensure that materials loaded to be transported are secure.
• Personally check all quality descriptions of merchandise to be moved.

• Carry out routine checks on the forklift.
• Build, pick and pack pallets.
• Carry out regular check and maintenance on the forklift and other equipment control.
• Pack and move different other than product as instructed by the supervisor.
• Move waste, chemicals and other items using forklift.
• Ensure there is proper documentation before loading stock.
• Ensure all copies of invoices are accounted for and given to delivery clerk daily when arriving back at Mustek.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric
• Valid Forklift Driver’s license and Valid Code C1 driver’s license
• 1 year of experience as a forklift driver in a corporate environment is preferable
