Requirements

Education:

• Grade 12 with a relevant Retail or Business-related Degree / Diploma (Advantageous)
  
  

Experience:

• 5 + years of store management experience
  
  

Knowledge/ Skills:

• Demonstrate a Retail trading mentality
• Strong leadership skills.

• High analytical ability with strong numeracy skills.
• Employee centric (proven track record of this).
• Ability to coach and develop others.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.
