Customer Support Technician - Rectron

The main purpose of this job is to ensure that returned faulty stock is repaired/tested efficiently and effectively in order to be able to meet SLA requirements set by the vendor and by Rectron and ultimately ensure customer satisfaction.

Outputs and Responsibilities:

• Timeously assess and repair jobs
• Ensure set KPI’s are reached and maintained
• Ensure effective customer communication
• Effective follow-up and Job checking
• Report any incompatibility of products to management
• Execute Rectron standards of excellence in all work completed.
• Build good relationships with staff and customers, display a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
• Assist with other job-related duties as and when required
• Other duties as specified by your line manager
• General admin and housekeeping

• Matric
• Relevant Technical Qualification: A+/ N+ / Server

Experience (experience required for the job)

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a technical environment
• Good Knowledge on Servers, IT Hardware and Networking
