Customer Service Representative - Elchemie

International Equipment Manufacturing company has a vacancy for a Customer Service Representative with proven experience in International Original Equipment Manufacturing Sales environment. Highly analytical and digital skills and experience in managing databases required. Based: East Rand, Gauteng.

Duties

• Planning, organising and controlling all customer-related activities within the scope of the position
• Proactive management of customer enquiries
• Manage Order handling process
• Deal directly with customers and identify needs
• Perform customer validations and set up new accounts
• Organise workflow to meet customer time frames and manage accounts

• Keep a record of interactions and record details
• Prepare back order reports and manage administration
• Drive and support Web Customer Link
• Actively support sales force in driving sales targets
• Pricing and quotation of customer orders

Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12
• Minimum 5 years experience in customer service Industrial Equipment Manufacturing
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems including DOH, COH, DWM and Syspro
• Very Analytical with strong Digital skills
• Advanced Excel and Database operation Skills
• Extensive knowledge of Bearings and Seals ( Equipment Manufacturers)
• Knowledge of Customer Service Principles and Practices
