Enrolled Nurse Assistant, Ward - Stethoscope

We are looking for Enrolled Nurse Assistants with hospital experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering quality patient care.

Your responsibilities will include delivering evidence-based nursing and patient-centred care. You will play a role within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure patient and team safety under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Further Role Breakdown :

• Observing, measuring and recording patients' vital statistics and reporting changes in patients' conditions to RNs and doctors.
• Providing physical and emotional support to patients and their families.

• Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, showering and dressing.
• Working to a care plan set by RNs, doctors, and therapists.
• Writing detailed patient notes.
• Providing pre-and post-operative nursing care.
• Providing wound care.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.

• Enrolled Nurse Assistant qualification.

• Current registration with South African Nursing Council (SANC).

• Experience as an Enrolled Nurse Assistant
