WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

  • Handle 1st line support calls and log using call logging platform

  • Hardware support (desktop, laptop, printer, and network support)

  • Assist with network administration duties

  • An understanding of :

    • Desktop and Laptop Hardware
    • Windows Operating Systems
    • Microsoft Office Application
    • Corporate Antivirus Packages
    • Networking Hardware
    • Network Setup and Configuration

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

  • Std 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent.

  • Studying towards relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., A+ or N+).

  • Minimum 1 year IT support experience.
