We have a position available for an Account Manager in KZN to generate and maintain the growth of Experian clients. The successful individual will be required to travel to clients on a daily basis and ensure superior customer service and promptly identify and resolve problems that directly impact the client/company relationship.

What you’ll be doing

  • Generate and maintain the growth curve of Experian

  • Identify areas where Experian has the opportunity to cross and up-sell

  • Create awareness of Experian’s products and how to utilize it correctly

  • Ensure superior customer service is offered at all times to all clients

  • Promptly identify and resolve problems that directly impact the client/company relationship

  • Achieve and exceed set targets and objectives through the successful implementation of core and value-added solutions

  • Administration including regular reporting

Qualifications

  • NQF Level 4- Matric (Grade 12)

  • Own transport

  • 3-5 years external sales experience (preferably at a credit bureau / financial sector)

  • Proven track record of sales targets met and exceeded

  • Training experience

  • A computer Certificate (or similar qualification) would be advantageous

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Basic IT troubleshooting

  • Experience in installing software
