Your responsibilities
-
Supports managers and employees to ensure the area of responsibility is compliant with HSE standards, regulations, and guidelines. Prepares safety instructions and notices and assists with relevant training.

HSE audits and workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and risks and highlights corrective measures required.

Implementation of HSE objectives, incident investigations, and root cause analyses within the respective organization. Preparation of site safety files.

Collects, analyses, and reports on HSE performance identifies problems, and makes suggestions to avoid repeating the problem in the future.

Collaborates with managers and employees to report on, raise awareness and gain commitment for HSE initiatives and performance.
Your background
-
Senior Certificate and Tertiary HSE qualification (Formal HSE Qualification).

Minimum 3 to 4 years experience is required in HSE Environment.

Experience in assembling and presenting safety files. Very well-organized approach.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, as well as excellent writing skills.
