HSE Technician - ABB Motion Services

Your responsibilities

• Supports managers and employees to ensure the area of responsibility is compliant with HSE standards, regulations, and guidelines. Prepares safety instructions and notices and assists with relevant training.

• HSE audits and workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and risks and highlights corrective measures required.

• Implementation of HSE objectives, incident investigations, and root cause analyses within the respective organization. Preparation of site safety files.

• Collects, analyses, and reports on HSE performance identifies problems, and makes suggestions to avoid repeating the problem in the future.

• Collaborates with managers and employees to report on, raise awareness and gain commitment for HSE initiatives and performance.

Your background

• Senior Certificate and Tertiary HSE qualification (Formal HSE Qualification).

• Minimum 3 to 4 years experience is required in HSE Environment.

• Experience in assembling and presenting safety files. Very well-organized approach.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, as well as excellent writing skills.
