Job Description
- Ensure efficient delivery of goods to customers and excellent customer service. Managing driver book to ensure no driver shorts and keeping company resources in a good condition.
- Ensure timeous delivery of goods to the customer and good crate control
- Good management of money on routes as per company procedure
- Good understanding of customer service, ability to identify opportunities in the local market
- Basic knowledge of the account reconciliation process to minimize driver shorts
- Liaising with Route Controller, Sales Representative, and the Delivery Assistant
Qualifications/Requirements
- Three years relevant experience
- Grade 12, Code 10 Drivers License and PDP
