Job Responsibilities

Sales Admin and Record-Keeping:

  • Supporting the sales team with all sales operations to help reach the business objectives.

  • Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports.

  • Maintaining and updating stock and WIP reports for customers on regular basis.

  • Maintaining and updating costing reports regularly.

  • Maintaining data in line and supporting business objectives

  • Dealing with and responding to customer queries within agreed timelines.

  • Involvement in key projects in support of business growth.

  • Accurate completion and communication of PFI, orders, and inquiries.

  • Following the process of artwork approvals and maintaining proper color standards.

Sales Management

  • Proactive servicing and management of existing customers.

  • Assisting Sales Managers in forecasting and budgeting preparations.

  • Active contribution with competitor information and market intelligence.

  • Develop account plans for the respective customers together with Sales Managers.

  • Support Sales Managers in CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

  • New business development to contribute to the business growth.

Minimum Qualification And Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and 2 or more years experience in a specific role.

Skills Required

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Good administration and organizational skills.

  • Ability to communicate and present effectively.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize for demanding workload.

  • Ability to work under pressure.
