The Receptionist will be reporting to the Manager: Branch Operations and will be responsible for serving visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately, notifying company personnel of visitor arrivals and maintaining the security and telecommunications system
Job Responsibilities:
- Operating the switchboard [PABX System]
- Attending to all responsibilities of incoming and outgoing mail
- Responsible for the housekeeping of the reception area
- Attending to all customers and visitors
- Arranging of meeting rooms at Jet park
- Coding of speed dials and pin codes on the BMS system
- Checking and reconciliation of all contractor’s invoices
- Maintain a professional and personal appearance

Job Requirements:
- Matric exemption
- A Diploma in communications would be advantageous
- Minimum of 2 year’s switch board [PABX system] and reception experience
- Must be able to speak English and Afrikaans fluently
- Speaking Zulu would be advantageous
- Computer literacy [Microsoft Office]. SAP would be an added advantage
