Do you have solid accounts receivables management experience? Here is an excellent opportunity to join our organisation in the journey to excellence as an Accounts Receivables Coordinator. You will play a significant role in supervising a team of Supervisors and Administrators in their day-to-day Accounts Receivables processes and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
In this role, you will manage and drive team performance and ensure delivery on key tasks and mitigate risks by having strict controls in place.
Your daily activities will be applying principles of accounting to analyse financial information and preparing financial reports the Accounts receivables team members.
As part of your responsibilities you will ensure delivery of high quality and timely accounts receivables deliverables that meet the requirements of line managers, project team, supply chain and the embedded finance team.
In addition, you will establish and maintain business partner relationships with the appropriate parties to facilitate the optimal functioning of the functional area, further you will assist the Accounts receivables Coordinator to pro-actively meet targets as per the SLA.

This role is at a Band 6 level reporting to the Transactional Finance Services Manager.
Qualifications
You will need the following:
- A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification – with specialisation in Financial Accounting
- 5 -10 years years relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years at a managerial level
- Recognition of Prior Learning will be acknowledged
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years accounts receivable relevant experience at a supervisory/management level
- Demonstrated leadership in coaching, mentoring leading, and motivating teams
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on detail
- Demonstrated leadership in coaching, mentoring leading, and motivating teams
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office required
