Performs duties in all areas of the hotels property with regards to guest satisfaction as to assist with luggage and room induction. The Porter / General worker promotes a positive image of the property to Guests and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly and should also be able to address Guests requests and problems.
Candidate Responsibilities will include:
- Provides exceptional service and assistance to Guests:
- Assists Guests with Luggage as and when required
- Assists Guests with parking
- Assists Guests with directions
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding Guests satisfaction

- Ensure a Full room and Hotel induction is done upon check in
- Ensure all services available are offered to guests
- Report any maintenance issues
- Answering questions about the hotel and surrounding areas
- Greet and welcome all guests
- You might be required to work in any other area which is required of him/her, which may include public areas or rooms from time to time as designated by Management
Candidate Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Matric Senior Certificate is advantageous
- Min 1 year Related experience
