Job Objectives

  1. Managing the content and adoption process of the company’s mobile employee communications platform: Effective and efficient management of the digital content creation process including planning, scheduling and streamlining of content with stakeholders, agencies and freelancers Ensure the platform consistently represents the most up-to-date and accurate company news and information
  2. Write and devise digitally-led creative communication plans and activities: Whether ad-hoc or ongoing, develop relevant digital communication plans and creative for internal implementation across various themes Understand the concept of producing and implementing creative collateral with a communication campaign
  3. Intranet Content Planning and Management: Liaise with IT to update relevant policies and other information on the intranet Implement best practice content approaches and reporting to ensure the effectiveness of the tool
  4. Build relationships with stakeholders: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business in order to identify important company news and become familiar with information such as new projects, programmes, and initiatives that should be communicated to staff
  5. Positively contribute to delivering on the department’s business unit KPI’s: Assist with annual independent surveys measuring employees’ awareness of and engagement with the content of the department’s internal publications as required

 

Qualifications

Degree in Communications (editorial/journalism/internal communications) or degree/diploma in related field excluding advertising.

Experience

5+ years experience experience as a corporate/in-house communications specialist or news media journalist 4+ years experience in project coordination
