Duties :
- Render quality customer care.
- Supervise staff living in the residence.
- Do daily floor inspections.
- Identify maintenance issues and report to the supervisor.

- Manage all aspects of accommodation, ensure security, confidentiality, privacy and safety of residents.
- This includes locking up of residence gates / entrance at night.
- Perform any other duties delegated by the supervisor.
Requirements :
- Minimum ABET Level 2, Grade 6 or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work under Pressure.
- Must have ability to work independently.
- Must be able to work night duty.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and write.
