Omnichannel, working with Knowledge Trust, is offering 30 people living with disabilities the opportunity to join their Learnership programme.

Omnichannel Communications seeks to provide their customers with an impeccable shopping experience, whether online, via telephone or through social media channels. As a proudly South African company, Omnichannel Communications uses a multichannel approach to sales, and ensures that their clients walk away with superior and bespoke customer solutions.

This Contact Centre Learnership is based in Gauteng.

Should your application be successful, you will earn R3000 base salary plus uncapped commission (Most earn between R5000 and R6000) and you will start on 14 June 2021.

This opportunity is ideally for people between 18-28 years of age

Requirements

• You have to be articulate, with professional phone etiquette
• You need to be able to use a PC
• Matric qualification
• You need to have a growth mindset
• You must be able to work from Monday – Friday (9-5), and 2x Saturday’s a month
• On Tuesday’s and Thursday’s, you need to be able to work till 18:30
