Customer Service Agent - 99

The Customer Service Agent will support all daily hub operations in relation to user services, not limited to answer driver inquiry, support driver document audit, assist safety issue handling, and other marketing activity if necessary. This position requires a strong customer service mindset, and willingness in problem solving and confronting challenging situations

Requirements:

• Support daily driver inquiries, providing solutions and keep clear record in CRM system
• Assist driver to complete all necessary document for driver audit as well as collect all supporting document
• Support marketing events, driver seminars or visit tour
• Any other tasks as determined by management from time to time
• Complete daily and weekly report on time, and provide performance analysis or action plan based on daily work

Required Skills:

• Completed Matric Qualification
• Fluent in English and local languages is a plus
• More than one-year experience in customer service or ride hailing industry is preferred.
• Have basic data analytical skill, and good learning and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced environment.
• Common computer skill (MS office)
