Our Mr Price Money marketing team is looking for Digital Marketer with 3 – 5 years’ experience in online and digital marketing! Your forward thinking, strong relationship building and digital experience will set you apart from the rest.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a digital communication plan in close collaboration with key stakeholders within the business
- The ability to interpret and understand customer data whilst working closely with the brand teams to curate content that is personalised and relevant with the intent of acquiring new customers or generating spend amongst our existing base;
- Execution and Reporting off all digital campaigns
- Execution and reporting across all digital channels.
- Social media management (posting and reporting)
- Present feedback and learnings to business along with recommendations for improvement

- Understand & generate customer audience segmentation
- Generate custom audiences and look-a-like audiences to improve customer engagement.
- Execute performance driven campaigns in collaboration with:
- The brand team, supporting and execution of marketing campaigns.
- The commercial team to increase acquisition and customer spend.
- The eCommerce teams to increase brand awareness and online sales
- Stay up-to-date on industry & market best practices, and continually feed new thinking back into the business in, regard to personalization
- Ownership of analytics and KPIs. Identification, setting up, benchmarking, and reporting of these
- Curating and scheduling content (social, email marketing and display) for the month based on marketing campaigns
- Setting goals for ads based on campaign and content – engagement, traffic, reach & conversion
- Working closely with third party suppliers to manage activity such as google ad words and display
- Brief designers and copywriters on digital marketing collateral
- Track and optimize the budgets for each campaign to ensure they are managed efficiently
Requirements
- A relevant Marketing qualification
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing position
- Experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns including: organic and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social.
- Experience in social media management
- Experience driving business value from consumer insight
- Self-driven and motivated to add value to the team
- Experience in conceptual and operational elements required to drive successful campaigns
- Solid understanding of core marketing principles
- Be comfortable with using analytical tools
- Good understanding social and digital marketing best practices.
- Have the ability to work and think strategically
- High energy level and must have a passion for all things digital
- Advanced communication (written and verbal), organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
