CipherWave, a leading Internet Service Provider is looking to hire a Receptionist. The below job spec includes however is not limited to;

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Switchboard
  • Reception duties
  • Guest hospitality
  • Office/General Administration

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, organize and maintain personnel records or all employees
  • Switch board duties:
    • Answering all incoming calls timeously and with precision.
    • Forwarding calls to the relevant departments and parties.
    • Professional telephone screening.
    • Take accurate and adequate messages when required and informing the relevant parties in a timeous manner.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner and provide refreshments accordingly.
  • Have a professional, well presented appearance.
  • Booking of meetings if need be.
  • Booking of boardrooms.
  • General administrative and typing duties

     

DESIRED SKILLS :

  • Excellent admin, telephone and communication skills.
  • Computer Literate. (Microsoft Office Suit, Excel).
  • Well-presented and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-supervision as well as being able to work in a team environment.

 

EXPERIENCE AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Administrative / Receptionist/ Secretary Role.
  • Computer Literate and intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suit, Excel, Word, etc.
