A global business in the travel industry has a vacancy for an experienced talent acquisition specialist.
Job requirements: skills, competencies, experience
- English fluency mandatory, and other European languages an advantage
- HR, psychology, teaching, business-related degree/masters
- Cruise industry knowledge and on board personnel management and/or training would be beneficial
- Minimum five years’ experience in sourcing or at least two years in a recruitment based managerial position
- Senior project management, planning and organisational competencies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate global partners
- Strategic business acumen
- Flexible and multitasking professional
- Experience in corporate partnerships and liaison with governmental bodies
