HR Business Partner at Mr Price Group

 Mr Price Logistics has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, collaborative HR Business Partner. The individual will be responsible for creating an enabling environment by partnering with line managers to drive culture, communication, team development and performance in the logistics division                                                                                                                

Key Responsibilities

To deliver sound HR advice and service to our teams, across a wide range of HR disciplines, such as talent acquisition, performance management, connect conversation, organizational design/structures, culture alignment and the implementation of new initiatives  such as wellness programs, associates’ benefits and remuneration and employee relations.

requirements

• A completed degree/ diploma in Human Resource (HR) or a related qualification
• Minimum three years similar experience in a Production/ Warehouse environment
• Detailed knowledge of employment legislation
• Must be able to communicate in both English and isiZulu
• Sound knowledge of MS Office suite (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels, both within and outside the organization (verbal and written)
• Ability to build relationships and influence
• Attention to detail
• Diplomacy and empathy
