Main repsonsbilities
- Receive all customer orders
- Processing of incoming orders on BPCS System,
- Purchasing, Ordering, Billing, Inventory,
- Feedback on Backorders as well as delivery ETA`s
- Work closely with Jet Park Supply Chain organization
- Receiving of stock for warehouse/stock take/reconciliation of stocks
- Quote customers on price and delivery
- Documentation flow and control.
- General office administration, reception and housekeeping.
- Petty cash control
- Assist with workshop staff and contract employees payroll/overtime capture
- Assist with SHEQ duties within the branch
- Will carry out any other function / duty as may be required in terms of “The Epiroc Way"

Key competencies
- Computer literacy and in particular a good working knowledge of BPCS, MS office and Lotus Notes.
- Good customer relations, sound telephone etiquette and excellent peoples skills
- Good Epiroc product knowledge
- Interpersonal skills to work with customers and to work as part of the customer service team.
- Be able to work in a mining and sales environment
- Support the local branch sales team and effect work as instructed by the Branch Manager as required.
- Ability to understand complete flow of goods ordered through the system.
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent selling skills.
- Efficiency and accuracy of order processing/invoicing into system
- Request credit notes
- Support consignment stock locations run from the branch
- Efficient documentation flow
- Good housekeeping skills,
- Customer satisfaction, Good interpersonal and customer relationships
- Petty Cash, banking

Experience and educational requirements
- Qualification in administration, sales or purchasing an advantage
- Good Work experience in order processing and customer service.
- Sound knowledge of general office management
