Mascor is currently looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant based in Dalton. The purpose of this role is to ensure that all administration of the COR department is done timeously and accurately.

- Administration of Toyota and the COR department

- Receiving cash from customers
- Ensuring that banking is balanced and done daily
- Complete cash sales reports weekly
- Ensure that relevant documents are sent to Head office timeously
- Contact outstanding debtors and send a report thereon to Head office monthly
- Petty cash control
- Administer all invoicing for the COR department
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years' experience in administration
- Valid driver's license
